'Shaan' Dhanji

Shahrukh Dhanji, called by his friends and colleagues 'Shaan' has been active in the private and government sectors. Shaan hold a Juris Doctorate from the District of Columbia School of Law and has an equivalency credential in the EU. He has over 30 years of commercial / entrepreneurial experience having held several Executive Board positions. He has also served as Commissioner of Human and Civil Rights for the state of Florida.

Vilius Leskys

Vilius Leskys acquired Master's Degree in Law at Vilnius University in Lithuania. He has over 10 years of experience working in the field of Commercial Law with the emphasis on Real Estate, Company Law and Litigation. He has participated in large scale legal audits that led to multi-million EUR real estate and commercial transactions. Vilius has represented his clients in courts as well as in relations with state authorities and private entities.

    There are often occasions when conventional forms of financing are not attainable for any number of reasons – time urgency, crisis management, lack of tangible or valued asset collateral. There are times when the project potential or the passion driving the project can off-set the conventional assessments of underwriting a project or business case. In that event we step in to evaluate and assess and in so doing offer models to raise the capital necessary to meet the need of the project.
