'Shaan' Dhanji
Shaan holds a Juris Doctorate from the District of Columbia School of Law with equivalency credentials in the EU. He has over 30 years of experience in law and finance. He has served as Commissioner of Human Relations and on the Mediator Qualifications Board - Southern District for the state of Florida among other public service positions in Florida and New York. He is a co-founder of the Lithuanian Constitutional Rights Institute.

Vilius Leskys
Vilius Leskys acquired Master's Degree in Law at Vilnius University in Lithuania. He has over 10 years of experience working in the field of Commercial Law with the emphasis on Real Estate, Company Law and Litigation. He has participated in large scale legal audits that led to multi-million EUR real estate and commercial transactions. Vilius has represented his clients in courts as well as in relations with state authorities and private entities.
